Taco Bueno is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. The GM will oversee day-to-day activities, manage a management team, uphold food safety and brand standards, and foster a positive culture with focus on team development and engagement.

As a hands-on leader, the GM supports all positions as needed and drives continuous improvement to deliver exceptional hospitality and a safe, clean environment for guests.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and profitability.
• Direct daily operations and achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Build and develop high-performing teams and culture.
• Hands-on leader, supporting all positions as needed.
