Job summary

Taco Bueno is seeking a General Manager in Wagoner, OK to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee a high-performing management team, ensure food safety and sanitation, and model our core values in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' current experience in the casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong leadership and positive conflict resolution skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment (lift up to 70 lbs).
