Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong math and accounting skills; analytical/decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and drive overall customer hospitality.
• Hire, mentor, and develop team members; implement training plans.
• Schedule staff and deploy the team to meet business goals.
• Address performance issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
