Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will build and coach a team, implement training plans, and manage scheduling, performance, and budgets to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong math and accounting aptitude; solid analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, customer-focused team.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct orientation and training.
• Schedule and deploy the team; manage performance and address issues.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning to achieve targets.
• Handle customer issues with a positive, professional approach.
