Taco Bueno is seeking a General Manager in Grapevine, TX to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding food safety and brand standards.

The GM will mentor a management team, model company values, and support staff across roles to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct restaurant operation to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing managers and staff.
