Job summary

Taco Bueno in Mustang, Oklahoma, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced casual dining environment.

This hands-on leader directs the operation, builds a high‑performing management team, ensures food safety and brand standards, and creates a welcoming, safe restaurant.

You will coach staff, manage performance, control costs, and foster a culture of teamwork, training, and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current experience in casual dining.
• Restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant direction and control to ensure a positive guest experience and profitability.
• Direct the operation, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Supervise and develop managers and team members, fostering a positive culture and engagement.
• Hands-on leader who supports all positions as needed and drives continuous improvement across the restaurant.
