Job summary

The General Manager (GM) at Taco Bueno leads store performance, guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand standards in Moore, OK. Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the Casual restaurant segment.
• Restaurant industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Lead a high-performing management team and support all positions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure brand standards are consistently executed.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred

ServeSafe Certification preferred
