Job summary

Taco Bueno is seeking a General Manager to serve as the strategic and operational leader of the restaurant. You will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand standards while leading a management team and ensuring food safety and a positive culture.

The GM will model core values, deliver hospitality, and support all roles as needed to continuously improve restaurant performance and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to attain sales and profit objectives.
• Lead a high-performing management team and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Model the company values and deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Act as hands-on leader, supporting all positions as needed.
