Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead all daily restaurant operations, build a high-performance team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will drive sales and profitability, develop future leaders, ensure food safety and brand standards, and partner with the District Manager to achieve restaurant goals. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, financial acumen, and data-based decision making.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high‑performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
