Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead all daily restaurant operations, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and deliver the Wingstop guest experience.

You will build a culture of accountability, drive sales and profitability, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.

Collaborate with the District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals while guiding leaders in growth and career development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.

• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
