You will coach and develop leaders, drive sales and profitability, and ensure accountability and brand standards. Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in restaurant management at a leadership level is required.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Build future leaders through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.

• Partner with District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
