McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee food production, service and staff development. You’ll manage recruitment, onboarding, staffing and performance, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You’ll also plan inventory, budgets and ordering, empower the team, and maintain a high level of guest and employee safety across shifts. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team).
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including but not limited to Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding.
