Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous General Manager restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with crew and other managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant at all times and uphold QSC standards.
• Drive profitability by managing labor, food costs, and controllable expenses to target financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling, loss prevention, safety protocols, and company policies.
