Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, manage food production, guest service, and direct crew and management. You'll own staffing, onboarding, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, while maintaining food safety standards and an engaging, safe workplace.

You’ll also drive training, motivate the team, and ensure top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; and
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant experience: manage food production and guest service.
• Plan for success: recruit hiring onboarding, staffing, and performance management.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Plan for inventory, budgeting, and food ordering/costs.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee operational needs and maintenance plans to meet standards
