Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years' experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production and guest service, and direct crew and manager work.
• Proactively lead and manage all People processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing and performance management.
• Train, coach and motivate team members.
• Make decisions on inventory, budgets and food ordering to plan for success.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards and maintain safety.
