Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability; national chain preferred
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) or prior Unit General Manager experience with a similar organization
• Completion of Apple II Management training

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial performance and human capital within their location.
• Manages restaurant environment to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
• Develops and executes staffing plans, training, and evaluations for Managers and TEAM Members.
• Maintains controls, safety, sanitation, and adherence to budgets; analyzes cost data and inventories.
• Communicates with senior management and participates in management meetings.
