Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a franchisee-owned restaurant in Texas. You will lead a high-volume operation, drive Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and coach a team of Department Managers to reach ambitious goals.

The role requires previous GM experience in quick-service or hospitality/retail settings, with a focus on developing staff, hiring top talent, and maintaining stellar customer outcomes. Must be 18+ to manage in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals and guide departments to improve performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team is in place for the future.
• Set restaurant goals, create plans to achieve them, and coach staff to deliver Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
