McDonald's restaurant is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable location and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met. You’ll lead Department Managers, coach teams, and drive performance while building the next generation of leaders.

The role requires prior GM experience in high-volume settings, preferably in quick service or hospitality. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered in a franchise environment.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience running a profitable restaurant.
• Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail are strongly desired.
