McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume franchised restaurant. You will lead a team, ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and drive profitability under the franchisee’s guidance.

The role requires previous GM experience in fast-service settings, with coaching and development responsibilities, and a commitment to a customer-focused, efficient operation. 18+ years old with strong leadership is required.

Qualifikationen

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

• Supervise Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and coach to improve performance.
• Recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong team for the future.
