McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with your leader to set goals and create plans to achieve them while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and coach for improvement across all departments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
