McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume location. You will drive profitability while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

You will manage Department and Shift Managers, set goals, coach teams, and hire developing staff to ensure continued success. Candidates should have prior GM experience and a background in fast‑food, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18+ to manage.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead and coach Department and Shift Managers to achieve restaurant goals.
• Hire and develop a strong team to prepare for future growth.
