Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Direct daily restaurant operations to meet standards and goals.
• Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Lead guest service and guest relations; monitor staff appearance and selling techniques.
• Control labor and costs; manage inventory and supplies; plan weekly schedules.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and motivate hourly employees.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA/local codes are met.
• Prepare reports and use cash control measures.
