• Leads guest service and relations, monitors employee appearance and courtesy, and supports marketing efforts.
• Controls day-to-day operations by managing labor and product costs, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory and waste controls.
• Recruits, trains, and motivates hourly staff; ensures a safe work environment and performance documentation.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies.
