Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a General Manager to oversee all outlets operations, including Front of House and Back of House, marketing, sales, finance, HR, and maintenance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Hospitality
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience with P&L, budgeting and cost control
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functional areas of the outlets business (FOH/BOH, marketing, sales, finance, HR, admin, maintenance)
• Manage labor costs, budget, and cost of goods to maximize daily sales
• Lead staffing, training, team development and guest service excellence
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop annual plans and budgets
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation standards and operational policies
• Conduct performance audits and supervise scheduling for service staff
• Drive guest satisfaction and ownership culture among leaders and teams
• Recruit, coach and retain outlet team members via clear guidelines
