Responsibilities include overseeing business strategy, marketing, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The role requires 8+ years of leadership in dining, strong financial acumen, and tech-savvy POS experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, full-service dining.
• Proven track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and leading teams.
• Strong business acumen, financial expertise, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and high-energy environments.
• Tech-savvy with restaurant POS systems (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant atmosphere.
