You will interview, hire, train, and develop staff while ensuring profitability and compliance with state and federal regulations. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership alongside crew, ongoing career development, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Strong references and availability for all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team to achieve sales growth.
• Maintain high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Interview and hire staff based on company standards and regulatory compliance.
• Schedule staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train the management team and crew using current training systems.
• Evaluate performance at defined intervals and create development plans.
• Maintain safe, cooperative relationships with the team and management.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed and lead meetings on procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory, cash controls, and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure proper sanitation, security, and HR policies are followed.
