Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a General Manager to lead all outlets operations, including back and front of house, marketing, sales, finance, HR and maintenance. You will mentor teams, control costs, and drive service excellence to create memorable guest experiences and strong financial results.

The GM will enforce food safety standards, direct staffing and training, and partner with sales and marketing to plan budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Hospitality.
At least 5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop teams.
Ability to manage and compel groups to perform at high levels.
Strong analytic, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all financial operating expenses including budget, P&L, labor costs and cost of goods.
Lead all aspects of the operation: staffing, training, team relations, and service timing.
Develop annual plans and budgets for operations, marketing, sales, and HR.
Ensure outlets meet highest standards for food safety and sanitation.
Oversee schedules for Food Server, Host/Cashier, Busser/Runner, and Bartender.
Oversee guest experience, resolve issues, and deliver memorable moments.
