Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the assigned food outlet. You will ensure service standards, monitor safety and health compliance, and manage staff performance to deliver prompt, courteous guest experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff; assisting with budget goals and cost controls; and representing the Food and Beverage department in internal and external matters.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25 pounds during shift.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet standards.
• Handle personnel matters: hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and counseling.
• Ensure prompt and courteous guest service and resolve complaints.
• Assist the Director with budget goals and monitor departmental finances.
• Represent the Food and Beverage Department in internal and external matters.
