We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, oversee food quality, and implement marketing and menu strategies while managing costs and inventory.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role.
• Extensive food and wine knowledge.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Experience in event planning and cost management.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
• Deliver exceptional guest services.
• Ensure guest satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Plan new and update existing menus.
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
• Manage restaurant’s tech stack and POS systems.
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts and scheduling.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; evaluate performance.
• Forecast food costs and maintain inventory.
• Control costs and minimize waste.
