Job summary

Popeyes Peoria is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold food quality, guest service, and cleanliness, and drive financial performance. You will recruit, train, and develop team members, set high standards, coach the leadership team, and execute local marketing and cost controls to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This role requires hands-on leadership, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety, sanitation, and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values.
