Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability through strong leadership and hands-on execution.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage inventory, costs, and scheduling, ensure health and safety standards, and partner with local marketing to grow sales while maintaining a fun, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Financial acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations, maintaining high food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent across all roles.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to meet goals.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with Popeyes values.
