Job summary

Burger King is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our local restaurants. This strategic and operational role drives performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction while guiding a high-performing management team to uphold brand standards.

The GM will oversee daily operations, budgets, policies, and staff development, ensuring food safety and consistent delivery of service in a fast-paced environment. This position offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of General Management experience in the QSR industry.
• MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred.
• Willingness to work opening hours including Sundays, evenings, holidays, weekends (at least 2 Sundays, two mid-shifts, one closing shift per month).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills; ability to develop and grow the team.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).
