Job summary

Burger King in Minnesota is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee daily operations of a single restaurant, lead a team, and drive sales and profitability. The RGM will manage financial controls, operations, and staff development across shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility for long or irregular shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) to deliver guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead the restaurant management team; manage financial controls, operations, and compliance.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant staff, customers, field operations, and vendors.
