Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (10-45 employees) to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, and compliance.
• Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers under DM supervision.
• Interact with staff, management, customers, field operations, and vendors.
