Job summary

Burger King in Minnesota is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability.

You will lead the restaurant management team across all shifts, mentor Team Members and Assistant Managers, and coordinate with the District Manager.

This role requires flexible scheduling, a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in restaurant management, and a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Burger King restaurant.
• Lead the restaurant management team across all shifts.
• Manage financial controls, guest service, and compliance.
• Work long and irregular shifts as needed.
• Interact with restaurant team members, management, DM, customers, and vendors.
