Burger King in Minnesota is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction and profitability. You will lead a management team across shifts and manage financial controls, people development, and guest service.

The role requires 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work long or irregular shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• The RGM has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Work long or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed, for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers under a District Manager.
• Interacts with restaurant staff, management, DM-s, customers, and external vendors.
