Burger King is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Minnesota. You will oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 staff), lead the management team, ensure guest satisfaction, drive sales and profitability, and manage shifts across all hours.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience and strong profitability orientation. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, complete internal certifications, and be 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Complete internal certification programs.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and profitability impact.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees).
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Must be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interacts with team members, management, district managers, customers and vendors.
