Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Minnesota location. The RGM will oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) to deliver guest satisfaction, sales growth, profitability and staff retention.

The role requires 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, high school diploma or GED, and ability to work long or irregular shifts. Equal opportunity employer; background check may be conducted.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• The RGM has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Leads restaurant management team; oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• May work long/irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• Overseen by District Manager and directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interacts with restaurant staff, DM, customers, field ops team and vendors.
