KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in South Carolina. Lead a high-performing team, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced Sonic Drive-In franchise.

Earn $50,000–$60,000+ annually, with incentives and weekly pay. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. Must be 18+, available to close two nights weekly, and capable of lifting and standing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Complete inventory counts and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold quality standards.
