KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in Orangeburg, SC.

You will drive profitability, recruit and train staff, manage inventory and cash controls, and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant. We offer competitive benefits, paid training, and growth opportunities within KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant with a quality product.
