KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee under KBP Brands, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, improve guest experiences, and drive profitability. You will oversee team development, manage cash controls and inventory, and ensure high standards of quality and service across shifts.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year as a Restaurant GM, 18+ years old, and availability to close two nights weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills to coach teams.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire shifts and managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and AGMs.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence and consistency.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality product.
