Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at a Sonic Drive-In location in North Carolina. You will oversee hiring, training, and daily operations to ensure financial targets are met and standards are maintained.

The role requires prior GM experience in quick service, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire team members and supervisors.
• Coach and train staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, guest-focused restaurant and quality product.
