KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a Sonic Drive-In location in North Carolina. You will drive profitability, coach a diverse team, and ensure guest experiences meet our standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of GM experience with P&L responsibility, willingness to close two nights weekly, and the ability to manage inventory and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with P&L responsibility.
• Must be able to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and operate restaurant equipment for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash control, and security.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience.
