KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee, seeks a Restaurant General Manager in West Columbia, SC to lead a high-performing team, drive profitability, and deliver guest experiences.

You will recruit and train staff, manage inventory and cash controls, and collaborate with leadership to grow within KBP Brands. Compensation includes $70,000-$80,000+ annually with weekly pay and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience.
