KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee, is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage people, inventory, and financials while upholding brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk through shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitor inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, and take action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
