Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a hands-on leader to run daily brand execution at our Utah restaurant. You will manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensure cleanliness, and drive same-store sales growth while monitoring transaction times.

The role includes leading weekly meetings, reviewing staff schedules, and delivering weekly reports. A high school diploma and 2+ years of management within food service are required, with health/safety standards strictly followed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the brand daily.
• Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with leadership.
• Review weekly employee schedules and complete reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and health/safety standards across FOH/BOH.
• Own customer service, drive reviews, and track line speed.
