Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs in Norman, OK seeks an experienced restaurant leader to manage daily brand execution and oversee FOH & BOH operations. You will ensure cleanliness, drive Same Store Sales growth, and maintain high service quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years leading up to 40 team members, a track record of promoting staff, and strong communication. The role requires flexibility, multitasking, and a commitment to Mo’ Bettahs values.

Qualifications

• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the brand daily.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH.
• Responsible for Same Store Sales growth.
• Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahs standards.
• Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer.
• Review weekly employee schedules.
• Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory, etc.
