• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the brand daily and manage FOH & BOH operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Drive same-store sales growth and monitor line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and reviews.
• Coordinate weekly leadership meetings and manage staff schedules.
