Mo’ Bettahs in Utah seeks an experienced restaurant leader to drive daily brand execution, overseeing FOH & BOH operations and ensuring top customer service. You will manage schedules, monitor line speed and uphold health and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the brand daily.
• Be competent in all FOH & BOH positions.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness for FOH & BOH.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth.
• Monitor line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and reviews.
• Ensure quality food following Mo’ Bettahs standards.
• Lead weekly meetings with managers and coordinators.
• Review weekly employee schedules.
• Complete weekly reports, PAR staffing and inventory processes.
• Demonstrate Mo’ Bettahs culture in practice.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Enforce policies per employee handbook.
