Mo’ Bettahs is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead brand execution across front and back of house. You will manage 40 team members, drive service excellence, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Strong leadership and people skills are essential for coaching and scheduling.

The role offers base salary from $55k to $70k with monthly and annual bonus potential, plus health and wellness benefits. Utah-based, on-site with growth opportunities in a fast-paced Hawaiian restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the brand daily and ensure consistency in service.
• Oversee both FOH & BOH operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth and monitor line speed by transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and manage reviews.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with management team and review staff schedules.
• Complete weekly reports, inventory, ordering, and related admin tasks.
